At Share and Care Services, we understand how important it is to engage in fun community activities in a supportive environment. We can adapt our programs to suit different abilities and offer you the chance to work on your social goals and gain more independence.
We know that getting from A to B can be tricky. It can sometimes stop you from fully participating in your local community or taking up a new hobby away from home. Our team can help organise the transport and any additional support you need to make it easy to plan your outings.
